THIS FRIDAY'S PRE-ORDER WILL BE DONE AS WE ALWAYS DO WITH JUST A FEW MINOR ADJUSTMENTS.
It's usually myself and one other person pouring, but this time it will just be yours truly!
My sister wasn't able to come back full time to assist in production, she will however be back as a full time puller/packer with me!
I am totally confident that being down one person isn't going to change much, BUT just to be safe I am tweaking a few things. These changes will only apply to this preorder!
Simply put, I want to see if being down a person will affect how much I can produce in our usual TAT. So, my "cut off limit" I usually set will be lowered just a tad and I will be reserving ONE extra week (ONLY IF NEEDED) on the turn around time. My mission is to avoid needing that extra week at all costs! Becuase increasing the TAT on a permanent basis is not an option whatsoever.
This gives me a buffer to ensure the TAT is met, all the while seeing if any changes (aside from TAT) need to be made next time.

Secondly! Oil Changes!
With the cost of pretty much everything going up, certain oils have become so rediculously expensive or hard to get that I have to either limit blends per preorder with them or try to dupe them.
The following oils have been affected so far:
Cashmere Cream - I got this one duped, but it is however just ever so slightly different. We will call this one "Creamy Cashmere" from now on.
Blackberry Sugared Violets - Will be getting this one duped.
Sea Salt & Driftwood - This one is in the process of being duped. I do have some left and will purchase what I need to accomodate this preorder if needed.
Sweet on Paris - Getting this one duped.
Cashmere Clouds - Getting it duped.
FROSTED CIRCUS SUGAR COOKIES: This blend contains a couple of oils that have become hard to get with the supply shortages. I have reformulated it with dupes of those two oils, it's pretty much exactly the same... stronger even. We will be renaming this one our "Signature Sugar Cookie"

Lastly!
Our new 8 oz option will be 8 oz Wax Tubs (Pictured Below)! They are essentially a larger souffle just not in a tin. They will come in a bag just like the souffles for storing after chopping! They are recyclable! It is incredibly easy to remove the wax from the bowl! These will also speed up production by a lot!
(They will come drizzled and/or layered and/or with embeds! The one pictured is just an exmaple.)
