Shipping policy

Processing time for Pre-orders is 8 weeks with an additional 7 to 12 business days shipping period.

Processing time for Ready to Ship items is 7 to 12 business days.

Please be aware of weekends and holidays that may affect shipping time.

During the hotter summer months (May - August) we will ONLY be shipping on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of every week. Please keep that in mind when placing your orders!

Your package will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS Ground. One of these options will be chosen when your shipping label is purchased, based on price and transit time. We always try to ship using the option that has the quickest transit time, but also the most affordable shipping fee. If you wish to have your packages shipped via a specific carrier you may request that prior to the start of the shipping period. 

*Please note that once your package is picked up/dropped off to the post office we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. We will happily file an insurance claim on your behalf 14 to 20 days after the package was dropped off at the post office. If the package was marked delivered but stolen we will not be able to file a claim and will not be responsible for the stolen items. We make sure that we handle your melts with care while gently packing them with as much protection as possible.
