Our shipping processing time is 7 to 12 business days (Not including weekends/holidays).
Pre-Orders - The shipping period begins the following business day after pouring has completed.
Ready to Ship - The shipping period begins the following business day AFTER you place your order.
Please allow the 12 day shipping period to expire before assuming your order will not ship. It will!

How long after I place my order will it ship?
If you placed an order during a PRE-ORDER, your order would not ship until after the 8-week production period has passed. If you place an order during an RTS (ready to ship), then your order will begin processing the following business day. Our shipping processing time is 10 to 12 business days (Not including weekends/holidays).
The Pre-order production period has ended, now what?
Once we are finished pouring the last of the product, we will begin processing all combined orders, printing single orders, purchasing shipping labels, and then begin the pulling and packing process. This entire process will last no more than 10 to 12 business days (or less).
The shipping period has begun but I have not received my shipping confirmation with my tracking number. Why is that?
When the shipping period begins, we will print your order and figure out what size box you will need. Once that is determined a shipping label is made and the shipping email containing your tracking number is SCHEDULED to go out on a later date. We do this so you do not receive your tracking number too soon before your package is sent out.
Another reason you may not have received your tracking number yet is because we were unable to determine the box size at the time of printing the order. Your order will need to be pulled, packed, and weighed first. Once this is all done then we will go back and purchase a shipping label. Once the label is purchased your tracking email will be sent to you. If this is the case for you, you MAY NOT receive tracking until towards the end of the shipping period.
SHIPPING EMAILS WILL CONTINUE TO GO OUT UNTIL THE END OF THE SHIPPING PERIOD. If you do not get shipping confirmation by the last day of the shipping period, please contact us!
I see everyone else getting their tracking emails, but I have not. Is something wrong with my order?
Not at all! Your order has likely just landed later in the printing queue. OR as mentioned above, it needs to be pulled and packed before the appropriate shipping label can be purchased.
As much as we would love to be able to print/pull/pack/and drop off all orders at the same time, it is just not possible. We cannot control whose orders get printed/pulled/packed/and dropped off at the beginning, middle, or end of the 10 to 12 days.
My orders says "Fulfilled" in my account, but I have not received tracking. Why is that?
If your order needs to be pulled and packe before a label can be purchased then we will mark your order "Fulfilled" until we pack it. We do this so it will be cleared from the print queue and not accidently printed and pulled twice.
I received an email saying my order has shipped but the tracking has not been updated in a couple days. Is my order lost?
If you receive your shipping email and it does not update to show the package is in transit, (and we are still within the 10-to-12-day shipping period), then it’s likely that your order has simply just not been dropped off at the post office yet. We try our best to schedule tracking emails to go out in order of how we will pack and drop off. However, lots of times after a few days of pulling hundreds of orders, they kind of become all mixed up and out of that order. If this happens to your order, then you may receive your tracking email a couple days before your order is actually pulled/packed/or dropped off. This would result in your tracking to not update and stay in "Label Created/Pre-Shipment" on the usps/ups tracking page.
If the shipping period has ended and your tracking still doesn’t show any updates in transit, please contact us immediately so we can look into it!
I placed more than one order and requested them be combined, but the tracking email that I received only shows some of the items I ordered. Why?
No worries! Since we do not have a way to merge orders or "combine" them within our platform, it has to be done manually. When we print all of your orders needing to be combined, we will determine which size box it needs and purchase the shipping label. Purchasing a shipping label is done within the order page. So, whichever order we purchase your shipping label through will be the order that is attached to the tracking email you receive! However, rest assure the rest of your orders are coming too!
I use Shop App and it shows that my order has been shipped. Does this mean my order is on the way?
Shop App alerts the customer that their order has shipped as soon as we purchase a shipping label or fulfill the order on our end. Remember we schedule shipping emails to go out several days AFTER we print the shipping label. So, unless you have received a shipping confirmation email directly from Teddy Bee’s Wax Co, then your order has NOT shipped yet.
I requested my orders be combined, but I received two tracking numbers. Why?
If your orders cannot fit into one box, we will then start a new box that will have its own tracking number.
I requested my orders be combined but I have not received a shipping refund. Why?
Shipping overages are refunded once all packages have been shipped out. Please allow up to ONE WEEK for all refunds to be issued.
How does combined shipping work exactly?
Combined Orders: If you wish to combine your orders, please leave a note in your orders with the order numbers or email tiff@teddybeeswaxco.com
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO EMAIL IF ALL ORDERS ARE UNDER THE SAME NAME AND SHIPPING ADDRESS! I will automatically combine any orders that are under the same customer name and SHIPPING address.
You only need to email if you are wanting to combine orders that are under different names or shipping addresses. Please include all order numbers, names, and the shipping address you would like me to use for the shipment.
COMBINED ORDER SHIPPING REFUNDS:
Upon shipping I will refund the difference between what you paid vs what it cost to purchase your label(s).
For example: If you place 3 orders that each had a $14 shipping charge, but it only cost $22 to ship them. You would receive a $20 shipping refund.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO ONE WEEK AFTER SHIPPING FOR ALL REFUNDS TO BE SENT OUT.
