If you still need help or have a question you can email me via the contact form on the website or tiff@teddybeeswaxco.com (I kindly ask that no questions or concerns regarding your tracking or shipping be posted to the group wall.)

Shipping TAT of 12 Business Days (or less) not including weekends Begins  4/01/24

***Shipping TAT consists of printing orders, pulling/packing orders, purchasing labels *after* weighing orders that won’t travel in Flat Rate Boxes AND Post Office/UPS Drops.

Tracking Emails will be *scheduled* to START hitting inboxes in batches on 4/07/2024 and will continue to go out until they are all complete. Packages that require weighing may get their tracking number later in the shipping period. Tracking emails will be going out all week that week as we print/weigh & print.

Post Office/UPS Drops BEGIN 4/08/24 and will continue until the end of Shipping TAT if needed, which is 4/16/2024. (I do not foresee us needing to utilize the extra shipping days we added but I am keeping them in reserves JUST IN CASE!)

RTS: SATURDAY 4/20/24 @ 3pm CST

***10 Business day TAT for orders to go out for RTS. List will be posted closer the date.
