THINGS TO REMEMBER!

• Things will go fast. Be prepared with a list. Go in for your must haves FIRST, then go back in for another order to get whatever else you have on your list. You can combine your orders! Read the next point for info on combining orders!
• If you’d like your orders combined, you can email me your order numbers. (If all your orders are under the same name and shipping address, there is no need to email, they will get automatically combined. If you do NOT want them combined, email me!) tiff@teddybeeswaxco.com
• PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THE ORDERS BEING COMBINED ARE UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES OR DIFFERENT ADDRESSES! INCLUDE ORDER NUMBERS WITH CORRESPONDING ADDRESSES!
• ALSO, please remember that I can only combine as much product as I can safely fit into one box. Lots of times combined orders still need more than one box.
• IMPORTANT ORDER INFO: If you have any special-order instructions (change of address, order holds, order name and shipping name different, etc..) PLEASE EMAIL THIS INFORMATION TO ME!
• Our processing time is 7 to 12 business days. That means that your order will leave my workshop no later than 12 business days. PLEASE allow 12 business days to pass before worrying your order has not shipped! I will try to schedule tracking to go out as late as I can in the shipping process. Please refer to the shipping page on the website for FAQs regarding the shipping process.
• If you have any special shipping instructions or requests, please make sure we are aware of them prior to the start of shipping. Once shipping begins, and your order has been printed, it is difficult to locate where in the shipping process it is to make any changes.
• Reward points are not given until your order has been fulfilled.
• Please allow up to 1 week for all shipping overage refunds to be processed.
